Bee Complex provides a multilingual real-time translation bot service on the LINE platform, supporting text and voice translation across Chinese (Traditional), Indonesian, Filipino (Tagalog), Vietnamese, Hindi, English, and Japanese.
The Service may be used by individuals with full legal capacity or by legally incorporated entities. Users under the age of 18 must obtain consent from a legal guardian prior to use.
The Service uses the LINE Group ID as the primary unit of identification. Available plans are as follows:
The Service is a digital, immediately activated service. In accordance with Article 19, Paragraph 2 of the Consumer Protection Act, the statutory 7-day cooling-off period does not apply. Users are advised to fully evaluate the Free Plan before subscribing to a paid plan. All fees paid are non-refundable once a subscription has been activated.

Translation results are generated by AI engines and are provided for reference purposes only. We make no warranty as to the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any translation output. For matters involving legal, medical, financial, or other critical decisions, users should not rely solely on translation results and are advised to consult qualified professionals.
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (in whole or in part) at any time without prior notice. In the event of a service interruption caused by us exceeding 24 consecutive hours, affected subscription days will be compensated on a pro-rata basis. We are not liable for service unavailability caused by third-party platform outages.
All rights in the Service's systems, code, interface, and related content are owned by Bee Complex. Content transmitted by users through the Service remains the intellectual property of the respective user or rights holder; We claim no ownership over such content.
The Service uses artificial intelligence to assist with translation. Translation results are for reference only and do not constitute professional translation advice. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we shall not be liable for:
Nothing in this limitation of liability affects consumers' statutory rights under the Consumer Protection Act, nor limits our liability for damages caused by intentional misconduct or gross negligence.
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan). Any dispute arising from or in connection with the Service shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Taiwan Taipei District Court as the court of first instance.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amended Terms will be published on this website. Continued use of the Service following publication constitutes acceptance of the amended Terms.
